The Bottle
The iconic triangular shaped bottle is reminiscent of the Mayan pyramids found throughout Southern Mexico. The 1800 crest features a silhouette of a Mayan pyramid on top. Below that is a cross and the letters J and B, standing for the founder Juan Domingo Beckmann.A ribbon completes the crest with the words, Trabajo, Pasión, Honestidad, meaning “Work, Passion, and Honesty.” Every bottle is validated with the signature of founder Juan Domingo Beckmann.
Agave
All 1800® Tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave handpicked from the Beckmann family owned ranches in the highlands of Jalisco, where the plants grown high above sea level in the mineral-rich volcanic soil. The plants are harvested after 8 to 10 years.
Distillation
All 1800® Tequila is double distilled.
