Jameson

Started in 1780, it is the best-selling Irish whiskey in the world. A blend of Irish pot-still and fine grain-still whiskey, which is then 3x distilled. The whiskey is aged a minimum of 4 years, but usually between 5-7 years, in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels (200L) and Spanish Sherry barrels (500L).

Jameson Black Barrel

A blend of rich pot-still and a unique blend of small-batch gran whiskey, which has been matured in select double-charred bourbon barrels for between 8-11 years.

This line extension originated when Ger Buckley, a 5th generation Master Cooper, accidentally left some barrels outside during a rain storm and the wood became soaked. In an attempt to save the barrels, he recharred the barrels in an attempt to dry them out. He quickly discovered that the whiskey aged inside these barrels took on a wonderful new flavor profile. Once a year now, Ger Buckley travels to the Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky to supervise the charring of these bourbon barrels.

Jameson 18 Year Old Limited Reserve

Matured for 18 years is a master blend of three hand-picked whiskeys, aged at least 18 years in Oloroso Sherry casks before being transferred to first-fill American bourbon barrels for a final 6 months of finishing. Each bottle of this unique whiskey is individually numbered.
