(The Three Ingredient) Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver or Reposado Tequila

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Mix / Lime Sour Mix

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Cocktail Syrup*

    • Coconut, Strawberry, Raspberry, Peach, Mango, Blueberry, Black Cherry, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Kiwi, Blackberry, Lychee, Guava, Prickly Pear

Shake & serve over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.


Silver Tequila

Basil Cucumber Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • 3-5 - Basil Leaves

  • 2 - Cucumber

Muddle cucumber and herbs and Agave Nectar. Add remaining ingredients. Shake & strain.

Bittersweet Symphony

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Aperol

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reàl Raspberry Syrup

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain. Garnish with fresh raspberries and spray of Peychaud.

The Blueberry Incident

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Bauchant Orange Liqueur

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 3-4 pcs Mint

Shaken & Garnish with Mint Sprig and Blueberries

Casa Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Cointreau

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lime Sour Mix

  • ½ oz (30 ml) Agave Nectar

Shake all ingrendients with ice and strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

Coco Mango Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Mango Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Coconut Water

Shake & Strain

Desert Cactus

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lime Sour

Shaken

Desert Sunrise

  • 1.5 ml (45 ml) Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Orange Juice

Pour syrup into the bottom of a tall glass and fill it with ice. Build remaining ingredients into glass. Stir gently and serve. Garnish with fresh orange.

The Flowers of the Dead (El Flor de Muertos)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Elderflower Liqueur

    • Finest Call Elderflower Syrup

  • ¼ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 3 dashes of Orange Bitters

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Prosecco or Cava

Shake, strain, and fill with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with Lemon Twist.

Guava-Rita

  • 1.25 oz (37.5 ml) Silver Tequila

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reàl Guava Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

Shake and strain

Ginger-Berry Collins

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Ginger Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Raspberry Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 2-3 oz (60-90 ml) Club Soda

Shaken

Jewel of the Bay Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Lychee Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Empress Gin (Floater)

Combine everything but the Empress Gin in tin and shake with ice. Strain over new ice in Collins glass. Garnish and then float the Empress Gin on top. Garnish with Pineapple Slices.

Little Angel (El Angelito)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Tequila

  • ¼ oz (7 ml) Agave Nectar

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Orange Juice

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Prosecco or Cava

Shake, strain, and fill with Sparkling Wine. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Prickly Pear Margarita

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Sour Mix

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Silver Tequila

  • 2.5 oz (75 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour Mix

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

Skinny Peach Sunrise

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Silver Tequila

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Peach Syrup

Reposado Tequila

Apple Cider Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Apple Cider

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lemon Juice

Shake & Strain. Garnish with cinnamon sugar rimmed rocks glass.

Banana Latte

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Banana Syrup

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Espresso Mix

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Dark Crème de Cacao

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Half & Half

    • Sub - Rum Cream

Shake or blend. Garnish with Whipped Cream

Calabaza Margarita

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Tuaca

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Pumpkin Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Cinnamon sugar rim & orange slice.

Coppa Old Fashioned

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ¼ oz (7 ml) Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 dash Chocolate Bitters

  • 2 barspoons Agave Nectar

Stir with ice, strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Garnish with orange slice.

Dee’s Tequila Smash

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 3-4 Sage Leaves

Shake & Strain. Garnish with berries & sage leaves.

Dos Piñas

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Pineapple Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lime Twist.

Jekyll & Hydeball

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • 1 small dash Tabasco

  • 5 oz (150 ml) Q Sparkling Grapefruit

Build in a highball glass filled with ice and top with Q Sparkling Grapefruit. Garnish with the tops of two chili peppers to create devil horns.

Italian Margarita

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Disaronno Amaretto

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Sour Mix

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

Shake & Strain. Serve in a Sugar Rimmed Pint Glass.

Melon Kiwi Smash

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Midori or Sour Apple Liqeuer

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Kiwi Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Soda

Shake with ice, dump into rocks glass, top with soda. Garnish with lime wheel.

Pom Rita

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Stirrings Pomegranate Liqueur

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lime Wheel & Thyme Sprig.

The Dark Side

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Jameson Cold Brew

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters

Stir & Strain.

The Strawberry City Slicker

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Reposado Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cointreau

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lime Sour Mix

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Strawberry Syrup

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lime Wheel.


Añejo

Agave Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila

  • • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 1 dash of Bitter

  • 1 Orange slice

  • 1 Cherry

Muddle fruit. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Stir.

Agave Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Sweet Red Vermouth (Carpano Antica)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 3 dashes of Bitters

Stir & Strain

Cold Snap

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Apple Cider

  • ¼ oz (7 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Maple Syrup

  • 1 dash of Bitters

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Apple & Cinnamon Stick.

Spiced Apple Margarita

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • ¾ oz (22ml) Reàl Apple Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake & Strain. Garnish with apple sliver with ground nutmeg and cinnamon dust.

The City Slicker

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Añejo Tequila

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Bauchant Orange Liqueur

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar

Shake with ice, pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cherry.


MEZCAL

Mezcal Raspberry Bramble

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Mezcal

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Raspberry Syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour Mix

  • 2 Lemon Wedges

Muddle lemon wedges in a glass and fill it with ice. Combine other ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with lemon wedges, fresh raspberries, sage, and black pepper.

Smoked Piña Margarita

  • 1.25 oz (37.5 ml) Mezcal

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Piña Syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lime Sour Mix

  • 1 Squirt of Lime

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with pineapple, cinnamon stick, and sage.

Smokin’ Roses / Oaxacan Rose

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lillet Rosé

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour Mix

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Honey Syrup

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Raspberry Liqeuer (Floater)

Shake & Strain into a Rocks glass with fresh ice. Add Raspberry Liqueur floater. Garnish with (Blood) Orange Slice.

Texas Treaty

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mezcal

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemoncello

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Pineapple Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Raspberry Liqueur (Floater)

Shake & Strain into a Rocks Glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Lemon Wheel.

Way Down Southside

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Silver Tequila

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Empress Gin

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 3 pcs Fresh Jalapeño Slices

  • 5 pcs Cilantro Leaves

Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake HARD with ice. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with Jalapeño Slice and Cilantro Leaf.
