VERMOUTH / LOW ABV


Coruscant Cooler

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Reàl Black Cherry Syrup

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Cranberry Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1 dash of Aromatic Bitters

Shake & Strain

Ruby Mule

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Carpano Bianco Vermouth

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice

  • 5 pcs Mint Leaves

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Q Hibiscus Ginger Beer

Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice. Strain over ice, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint & lime.

Monaco Cup

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Guava Syrup

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Q Mixers Grapefruit Soda

Shake & Strain, and Top with Soda. Garnish with Grapefruit & Mint.

Soda & Sunshine

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Carpano Dry Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Club Soda

  • 2 pcs of Basil Leaves

Shake & Strain, and Top with Soda. Garnish with Blueberries, Basil, or Lemon

The Americano

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Carpano Botanic Bitter

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Sweet Vermouth

  • Add soda water to taste

Garnish with lemon or orange slice or twist.

Sbagliato

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Botanic Bitter

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Sparkling Wine

Mix in a glass full of ice in the following sequence: bitter, Antica Formula, sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel.
