½ oz (15 ml) Elderflower Liqueur / Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Apple Syrup
1.5 oz (45 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Sour
Shake with ice, Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Autumn Spritz
1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
¼ oz (7 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup
1 oz (30 ml) Apple Juice
2 oz (60 ml) Club Soda
Build drink in glass over ice. Garnish with (dehydrated) pear.
Asian Sun
1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
2 oz (60 ml) Sake
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
Egg White (Optional)
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with dried seaweed.
Butterfly Collins
1.75 oz (52.5 ml) Empress Gin
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Elderflower Liqueur
Finest Call Elderflower Syrup
1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice
¾ oz (22 ml) Simple Syrup
1.5 oz (45 ml) Club Soda
Combine everything but soda in a tin and shake with ice, strain over new ice in Collin’s glass. Top with soda. Garnish with Lemon Wheel, Rose Petals.
Call Me Mighty
1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
½ oz (15 ml) Lemoncello
¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Blackberry Syrup
¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda
Shake & Strain.
Dressed to Empress
2 oz (60 ml) Empress Gin (Floater)
¾ oz (22 ml) Pineapple Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Blackberry Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Honey Syrup
Combine everything but Empress in a tin, shake with ice and roll into Collin’s glass. Top with more ice and float Empress Gin on top. Garnish with Mint Sprig, Dehydrated Lime Wheel.
Easy Beesy
1.5 oz (45 ml) Gin
½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Honey
4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Beer
1 Lavender or Thyme Sprig Garnish
Dissolve the honey in the lemon juice, add the Gin, and shake—strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer.
The Empress's New Groove
1.5 oz (45 ml) Empress Gin
½ oz (15 ml) Bols Crème de Cacao
½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

Frankenlime Collins
1 oz (30 ml) Gin
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Midori
½ oz (15 ml)Lime Juice
5 oz (150 ml) Tonic
1 Lime Peel
Shake all ingredients except the Tonic and strain them into a large glass mug. Top with chilled Tonic Water and garnish with a lime peel.

½ oz (15 ml) Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Singe Press Blood Orange Sour
1 oz (30 ml) Cranberry Juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, shake with ice, strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with an orange spiral.
Silent Night Sour
2 oz (60 ml) Empress Gin
¾ oz (22 ml) Honey Lavender Syrup
¾ oz (22ml) Lemon Juice

Combine and shake ingredients *dry* in a tin for 20 seconds, add ice and shake for another 20 seconds, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish one-half of the top with lavender petals. Garnish with Lavender Petals.
Sweet Pink Martini
2.5 oz (75 ml) Gin
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup
3 drops of Rosewater
3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
