4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Beer

Build the drink in a highball glass over ice and stir gently before garnishing and serving.

1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum
1.5 oz (45 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour Mix
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Mango Syrup
3 oz (90 ml) Lemonade
Shake & Strain. Garnish with orange slice and lemon wheel.
Cinn-Ful Pumpkin Punch
1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum
½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Pumpkin Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Schnapps
½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
2 oz (60 ml) Ginger Beer
Shake over ice, top off with Ginger Beer, and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and ground nutmeg sprinkle.
Spiced Pumpkin Punch
1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum
½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice
3 oz (90 ml) Pomegranate Juice
4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Beer
1 Orange Slice
Shake all ingredients except the Ginger Beer and pour into an ice-filled glass. Then top with Ginger Beer and garnish with an orange slice. The recipe can be scaled for a single serve or punch bowl if the ratios are consistent.

1.75 oz (52 ml) Plantation Pineapple
2 bar spoons Reàl Pineapple Syrup
¼ oz (7.5 ml) Bauchant Orange Liqueur
2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill and dilute—strain over new ice (large cube or sphere) in a rock glass. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice dusted in cinnamon.
