Silver Rum

Banana Tiki Time

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Silver Rum

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Reàl Banana Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Curaçao

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice

Shake & Strain

Coconut Islands

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Silver Rum

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Strawberry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

Shake with ice, and strain up into a Martini glass.

Creekside

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Silver Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Apple Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup

Shaken & Strain. Garnish with Lime Wedge.

Going Banana’s

  • 1oz (30 ml) Silver Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Strawberry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

Shake & strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Prickly Bay

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Silver Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Lime Cream

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lime Sour Mix

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Prickly Pear Syrup

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Agave Nectar

Shake with ice, and strain into a Collins or Highball glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.

Raspberry Hurricane

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Rum

  • ¾ oz (22ml) Chambord

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Triple Sec

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

Shake with ice, and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with a Cherry.

Wicked Wahine

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Silver Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum

  • ½ (15 ml) Reàl Passion Fruit Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Grenadine

Shaken. Garnish with an Edible Flower.


Gold Rum

Makana

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Gold Rum

  • ½ (15 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Mango Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Ginger Beer

Shake & Stain, Top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with Mint Sprig.

Monday Raspberry Delight

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Gold Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Raspberry Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

Shake & Garnish with Raspberries

Our Embargo

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Vanilla Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Coconut Water

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain intonrocks glass over new crushed ice.


Dark Rum

Black Maria

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Coffee Liqueur

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Cold Brew Coffee

Shaken – Strain over ice into a Collins Glass, Garnish with Lemon Twist

Caribbean Latte

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Banana Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Crème de Cacao

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Espresso Martini Mix

Combine ingredients in a shaker. Shake & strain into a pint glass over fresh ice. Garnish with Whipped Cream.

Honey Highball

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Dark Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Amaretto

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Beer

  • • 1 Lemon Slice

Build the drink in a highball glass over ice and stir gently before garnishing and serving.

Fall Daiquiri

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Mount Gay Black Barrel

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Banana Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22ml) Lime Juice

Shake & serve up. Garnish with banana chip & cinnamon.

Mi Amor de Ron

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Shake over ice, serve over fresh ice in a rocks glass, and top with Club Soda. Garnish with a Mint Sprig.

Pumpkin Painkiller

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Dark Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Coconut Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Pumpkin Syrup

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice

Shake with ice, strain, and serve over fresh ice. Garnish with nutmeg.


Spiced Rum

Mango Orange Lemonade

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour Mix

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Mango Syrup

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Lemonade

Shake & Strain. Garnish with orange slice and lemon wheel.

Cinn-Ful Pumpkin Punch

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Pumpkin Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Schnapps

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Ginger Beer

Shake over ice, top off with Ginger Beer, and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and ground nutmeg sprinkle.

Spiced Pumpkin Punch

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Pomegranate Juice

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Ginger Beer

  • 1 Orange Slice

Shake all ingredients except the Ginger Beer and pour into an ice-filled glass. Then top with Ginger Beer and garnish with an orange slice. The recipe can be scaled for a single serve or punch bowl if the ratios are consistent.

Waimea Bay

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Spiced Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum Cream

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Pineapple Juice

Shake with ice, and roll into a glass or Tiki mug. Garnish with Pineapple fronds or wedges.


Flavored Rum

Banana Boat

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cointreau

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Orange Juice

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters

Shake over ice

Brancanana

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Brancamenta

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Cold Brew Coffee

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Mint Sprig.

Brunch in the Sand

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Blue Chair Bay Coconut Rum

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Orange Juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Peach Syrup

Shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice into a pint glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Bushwacked

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Spiced Coconut Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake over ice, and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with Cherry and Sprinkle Ground Nutmeg.

Gone to the Dogs

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Skrewball

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1 Pinch of Salt

Shake with ice, roll into collins glass.

Island Mojito

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Coconut Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon-Lime Soda

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup*

  • 10 pcs Fresh Mint*

* Sub Cocktail Essential Mint Simple Syrup

Shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass. Top with Lemon-Lime soda. Garnish with a Lime Wheel.

It’s Mango

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Blue Chair Bay Mango Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Coconut

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec

Shake and pour into a pint glass.

Spiced Bahama Mama

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Rum

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Triple Sec

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Grenadine

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2.5 oz (75 ml) Vanilla Rum

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Black Cherry Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Club Soda

Shake with ice, and strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Top with Club Soda. Garnish with Lime Wheel.

Tepache Old Fashioned

  • 1.75 oz (52 ml) Plantation Pineapple

  • 2 bar spoons Reàl Pineapple Syrup

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Bauchant Orange Liqueur

  • 2 dashes of Aromatic Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill and dilute—strain over new ice (large cube or sphere) in a rock glass. Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple slice dusted in cinnamon.
