After Dinner Bon Bon 

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Hazelnut Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Butterscotch Liqueur

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Half & Half

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with Whipped Cream.

Aztec Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Peach Syrup

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour

  • 2 dashes of Peach Bitters

Shake over ice. Service into Collins Glass and garnish with lemon wheel.

Blue Buffalo

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Sour

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Shake with ice, strain over fresh ice in rocks glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with fresh blueberries & lemon twist.

Black Cherry Rose

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Black Cherry Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Black Cherry Sour

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Single Press Citrus Sour

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Black Cherry Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Shake & Strain, Top Club Soda. Garnish with Lemon Wheel.

Blood Orange Sour (B.O.S.)

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup

Shake over ice and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.

Boulevardier

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon (or Rye)

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Botanic Bitter

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Sweet Vermouth

Stir with ice, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Bourbon Balls

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Butterscotch Schnapps

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Créme De Cacao Dark

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Espresso Mix

Shake, strain & serve up. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

Completely Nuts Old Fashioned

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Skrewball

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Hazelnut Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with grated chocolate.

Espresso Manhattan #1

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Italian Espresso Liquor

  • 2 dashes of Chocolate Bitters

Stir with ice, strain and service up, garnish with orange twist.

Espresso Manhattan #2

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Punt E Mes Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Italian Espresso Liquor

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Chilled Espresso

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain up into glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Espresso Rinsed Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

  • Rinse glass with Finest Call Espresso Mix

Rinse glass with Finest Call Espresso Mix. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain over fresh ice in prepared glass. Garnish with orange zest and pinch of coffee.

Hazelnut Spread

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon or Rye

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Bauchant Orange Liqueur

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Hazelnut Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Orange Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cream

  • 2 dashes of Walnut Bitters

Italian Sour # 2

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Limoncello

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Black Cherry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Fernet Branca (Floater)

Shake & Strain into a Rocks Glass over Fresh Ice. Add Fernet Branca Floater. Garnish with Lemon Wheel and Cherry.

Jolly Joel Spritz

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ½ tsp Maple Syrup

  • 4 oz (120 ml) Q Mixers Ginger Beer

  • 2 Thyme Sprigs

  • 1 Lemon Peel

Remove the leaves from one sprig of thyme. Muddle the leaves in the bottom of the mixing glass and add the remaining ingredients except for the Q Ginger Beer. Shake and then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Q Ginger Beer and garnish with another thyme sprig and lemon peel.

Kentucky Cold Brew

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cointreau

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Cinnamon Maple Syrup

  • 5 oz (150 ml) Cold Brew

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain over fresh ice.

Kentucky Straw

  • 1.25 oz (37.5 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Strawberry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Combine all ingredients except for the soda component in a shaker. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top with Soda and garnish with fresh strawberry quarters and lemon wheel.

Lynchberg Lemonata

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Limoncello

  • 2 oz (20 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour Mix

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Lemon-Lime Soda

Shake, Top off with Lemon-Lime Soda, Roll Pour into Pint Glass. Garnish with Lemon Wheel.

Lady Debonair

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Honey Lavender Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lillet Blanc

  • Soda Water

  • Mint Leaves

Mix bourbon, syrup, muddled mint leaves and Lillet Blanc. Top with soda.

Lucky You

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Irish Cream

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Fernet Branca

Shake over Ice. Garnish with a Cherry.

Mango Meets Kentucky

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Mango Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lemon Wheel.

Miracle Pill

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Cognac

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Amaretto

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 2.5 oz (75 ml) Cold Brew Coffee

  • Egg White (Optional)

Shaken

Mocha Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ¼ oz (8 ml) Coffee Liqueur

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Agave Nectar

  • 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Stir with ice, strain over fresh ice. Garnish with cherry & orange twist.

Morning Haze

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Hazelnut Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) White Crème de Cacao

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Finest Call Espresso Martini Mix

  • 2 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters

Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with grated chocolate.

Nu Halekulani

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Pineapple Juice

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Lime Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake with ice, serve in Tiki mug (if available). Garnish with pineapple wedge & mint sprig.

Peach Rose

  • 1 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Peach Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz (22ml) Pimms

  • Splash of Ginger Beer

Shake & Serve on Fresh Ice. Top with Ginger Beer.

Raspberry Julep

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Raspberry Syrup

  • 8 Mint Leaves

Muddle mint leaves and raspberry syrup, Add ice & bourbon, stir.

Southern Star

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Peach Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Rhubarb Bitters

  • 5 pcs of Mint Leaves

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lemon Wheel & Mint Sprig.

Spaghetti Western

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Amaro

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Reàl Strawberry Syrup

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake & Strain. Garnish with Lemon Wheel & Strawberry.

Texas Bulldog

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Blue Chair Bay Banana Cream Rum

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Cold Brew

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Coca-Cola

Stir all ingredients with ice in a glass. Garnish with an Orange Peel.

The Red Rose

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Finest Call Single Press Lemon Sour

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec

  • 1 splash Grenadine

  • 1 sprig of Mint

Shake & serve on fresh ice. Garnish with sprig of mint.

Thyme Well Spent

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • ½ oz Lemon Juice

  • ½ tsp Maple Syrup

  • 4 oz Q Mixers Ginger Ale

  • 1 Thyme Sprig

  • 1 Lemon Peel

Remove the leaves from one sprig of thyme. Muddle the leaves in bottom of mixing glass and add the remaining ingredients except for the Q Ginger Ale. Shake and then strain into a large rocks glass. Top with Q ginger Ale and garnish with another thyme sprig.

Vanilla Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Vanilla Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with orange zest.

Violet’s Island

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Bourbon

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Reàl Blueberry Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¼ oz (7.5 ml) Simple Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Club Soda

Shake & Strain, Top with Soda. Garnish with Blueberries and Lemon Zest.


RYE

Apple Snap

  • 1 oz Rye Whiskey

  • ¼ oz Bauchant Orange Liqueur

  • ½ oz Lemon Juice

  • 3 oz Fresh Apple Cider

  • 5 oz Q Mixers Ginger Beer

  • 1 Apple Slice

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Fill Collins glass with ice. Pour in the spirits and add the juices. Then pour in the Q Ginger Beer and gently stir. You can also pour the Bauchant last to create a layered effect. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Apricot Spiced Manhattan

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Apricot Brandy

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 2 dashes of Ground Nutmeg

Stir over ice, and stir into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.

Blackberry Fizz

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Lemon Juice

  • 4 tsp Honey

  • 4 Blackberries

  • 5 oz Q Mixers Elderflower Tonic

  • 1 Lemon Wheel

  • 1 Blackberry Garnish

Muddle blackberries in the bottom of the mixing glass. Add all other ingredients and shake. Strain into a large champagne coupe or martini glass. Top with Q Elderflower Tonic.

Blackberry Manhattan

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Blackberry Syrup

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Carpano Antica

  • 2 dashes of Bitters

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with Blackberries.

Fall Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Vermoth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Cinnamon Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 1 dash of Ground Nutmeg & Cinnamon

Stir over ice, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.

Fosters Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Banana Syrup

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • 2 dashes of Ground Pumpkin Spice

Stir over ice, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist with brown sugar sprinkles and cherry.

Harvest Sour

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Apple Brandy

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Lemon Juice

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Simple Syrup

Shake over ice, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Maple Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Rye

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Carpano Antica

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Maple Syrup 3:1

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Combine and stir ingredients in a mixing glass, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Pumpkin Spice Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Reàl Pumpkin Syrup

  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Stir over ice, and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist and cherry.

Reserve Manhattan

  • 2 oz (60 ml) Carpano Antica Vermouth or Punt e Mes

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • 2 dashes of Bitters

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Unnecessary Roughness

  • 1.75 ml (52 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • ¾ oz (22 ml) Amaretto

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Finest Call Single Press Blood Orange Sour

Shake & Strain

Winter Night Sipper

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Rye Whiskey

  • ½ oz (15 ml) Aperol

  • 5 oz (150 ml) Q Mixers Sparkling Grapefruit

  • 1 Lemon Wheel

Build in a highball glass filled with ice and top with Q Sparkling Grapefruit. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
